I hate Lego. I'm really. But I understand how important they are: teach math, follow directions, blah blah blah. My son plays with this all the time, but when he's done there's nowhere to put his half-finished creations, so he rips them off and puts them in his Lego box. I bought 3 of these and taped them to a shelf on his bookshelf. So he has a place for games, creativity and can slide the shelf in and out. (It's hard for him, but he'll figure it out) Now he can look at his creations, and the shelf is high enough that his 20-month-old sister can't reach it. (he is almost 7). I had to cut one to fit and it cuts very easily with a utility knife. I've asked a question about this before and several people have said the plastic is too hard. It is not. The shelf looks great.
