TREBLAB HD-Max literally blew my mind. The first time I played it, I had the volume on my paired iPhone at full volume. The 50W speakers were so loud I had to quickly turn down the volume on my phone. You can also fine-tune the volume using the controls on the device itself. And that is beauty. It is well packaged in a beautiful gift box with lanyards, neck strap, user manual, a card that gives you a chance to win $50 and also helps you to register your device. And a TRELAB sticker! Unpacking is very easy and the main unit is securely fastened in the box while the accessories are in the smaller inner box. I didn't even have to read the instructions to spot the power button and turn it on. It had some power but I still connected it via a USB 3 cable. Not sure about the claimed 5 hour charge time using this method (5v fast charger) but I can say it lasts, until the battery is fully discharged at least a few hours. The stated battery life is 5 hours at full volume and 20 hours at 20%. At the volume I play it at, it lasts all day. Pairing is very easy, just select "TREBLAB HD Max" in Bluetooth settings. The sound quality is excellent and there are three modes: Outdoor (with more treble), Indoor (normal EQ) and Bass Boost (self-explanatory). TREBLAB HD-Max has 4 buttons that control a variety of functions, most of which are described in the product description above and on their website. Some of my favorites: * The strap as it can be a bit difficult to wear. * It is weather resistant and easy to clean. There's a built-in microphone.* Can be paired with up to 7 other devices.* Slim LED indicators show power level and other features.* Nice power on/off sound.* Easy-to-read, clear, and concise mini-manual.* The Sound is detailed and higher quality than I expected.
