Just got it an hour ago. Assembly required a robot, the hex wrench is a joke so I used a screwdriver and a 3/16" hex wrench which made assembly a lot easier. In terms of comfort, it's really nice. Support will come in handy during long gaming sessions. The armrests are soft, which is great. The headrest is also comfortable. He can recline quite far, so if I want to take a nap in the chair, it's fine. . As for the height, I would like it to be a bit higher. However, it's not bad.
