Keeps turning off

Very disappointed I was excited to start my business bought this machine it worked great when I first used it but now it keeps turning off! Very annoying and disappointing. I even disabled other things around me and still the same problem! Has anyone else encountered the same problem? Please help me to know how to solve it.
