So I liked it and I was very sad when I felt it wasn't charged. I remember seeing negative reviews about it not charging and even wanted to write a review that said so too so someone else wouldn't regret it. I looked at the photos of the product one last time and realized that all I had to do was place it face down to allow the bristles to fit into the dented portion of the charging base. It should have been obvious. I don't want to say that the other reviewers are lying and maybe they calculated it right and it really didn't work for them. the mistake i made. I'm so happy. I feel like I found what I lost. Washing my face got so boring I thought it wouldn't work anymore but I still used it by hand as it was still better than hand washing. And now that it works --- just wow. It not only washes my face well but also relieves stress and keeps you feeling fresh, energized and productive in the morning and fresh, calm, clean and so ready for bed in the evening. I bought lavender for myself, blue for my sister and pink for my mother. So it's nice to know that they don't stop working and I don't have to be embarrassed to give them away. :) I also received it in December and took it with me on an international trip for 3 months. It's small and easy to take with you. I think charging ended in March - it was the first time I had to charge it and I thought it wouldn't work. So the charge lasts a long time. End :)
