Review on Enhanced Philips LFH9399/00 Digital Voice Recorder 9399 with SpeechExec Transcription Starter Kit by Dave Rasic

The quality of the dictation is excellent, but I still don't understand how to download the downloaded dictation to a computer for transcription (I've been using it for about a month). Sometimes the dictation just appears on my computer; Other times I have to manually request the upload/download and wait and wait and wait. I can't figure out why some dictations show up with no issues and others are terribly difficult to get hold of. This is very frustrating, especially when you're in a hurry! For that reason I would give 3 1/2 stars if I had the chance, but I gave 4 stars because I think it's better than 3 but less than 4. If I could get all the dictations when I need them I would give all 5 stars.
