I liked the aesthetics of the Michelangelo Bread Maker at first sight, so I decided to give it a try. Having made several loaves of bread I have to say this machine is the BEST in my 5 year experience with a bread maker. First, the product is packaged very well. Includes measuring cup and spoon. The machine itself is very easy to use. I've tried sweet bread and multigrain bread. In my opinion, a horizontal loaf pan works better than a vertical one. The bread is ideally fermented and has a nice crust on the outside. I also like the ceramic coating which is non-toxic, easy to take out the bread and easy to clean. Michelangelo does an excellent job preparing dishes and now small household appliances. All live at a high level.
