My year old garlic press died when the top handle came loose and broke. I searched for a long time before I bought another one. This one is perfect. I have medium sized hands and probably a little less than average hand strength. With my old garlic press, it took me two hands to press it. Ergonomic beauty, easy to grip (for me) with one hand. And I found it really easy to clean. The appearance of a garlic press doesn't matter much compared to its ease of use. This one is as attractive as it is easy to use; )
