The construction is very heavy duty- I’d rate it as commercial grade. To me, it’s just as important that the seller provides amazing customer service- and they have. Two bulbs were out when I received the shipment. I didn’t take it as a fault with the product. That can happen. I sent a message to the seller right away, and was curious to see how they’d handle it. First, they got back to me immediately. Big point in their favor. They offered to send four replacement bulb, since I had to use the two spare bulbs that came with the order. More points- went the extra mile. Lastly, the person handling the situation was very helpful, grateful, and friendly. All in all, very well done. Being happy with a product is fine. But when a company handles an issue even better than they have to, they make a customer for life.
