One size is always an issue and I didn't expect this product to be any different. I wear size 18 collared shirts and this pillow is too small for me. The problem is exacerbated by the fact that the latch lock will not withstand even small loads. As a result, the latch is for show only, and the pillow cannot be pulled tight enough around the neck to provide the required level of lateral support. At 3 inches deep, the flat back is not flat enough. This inevitably pushes the head forward. It is possible to inflate the pillow less, reducing the depth of the back while further reducing lateral support. I'm currently 6ft tall and definitely don't have a short neck. This cushion will not work with in-ear headphones (like the Bose QC). This tends to push the on-ear headphones up, especially when tilted to the side (which often happens because there's not enough lateral support). can wash away saliva if you use it as a chin rest). There's also very little plastic smell overall, so I think that's a plus, but not worth a star. It should be obvious that your phone won't fit in your pocket unless you have a 2006 model. Modern phones are too wide to fit in your pocket. I'm sure this would be a great product for kids or maybe people with size 10 collars everyone else stay away.
