The ease in which you can send faxes from other applications like excel or word has been very helpful for our business needs when we need them most (iPad).

Their customer service team is also great at responding quickly & efficiently - they are always willing too help even if it's not their job role within that department/company so I'm glad about this because sometimes my questions aren't answered as fast by others companies who have similar roles but don’t really care how long i wait before answering me back :) We use WF everyday since last 5 years now without any issues nor complaints whatsoever.
