I bought this mainly for floors. After all, it's a broom. But when we returned from a week's absence from town to find that our cat had used my husband's pillow as a bed and it was COVERED in cat hair, it was being put to good use. The regular lint brush didn't leave a dent in the pile of hair that we needed to remove. Recalling that this tool had recently arrived, I grabbed it and quickly unscrewed the handle. This made maneuvering easier and in less than a dozen moves the pillowcase was as good as new. You would never know that the cat made it her nest! Can't recommend it enough especially for removing cat hair from hard to reach places. Glad to see what he's doing with the mess I'm making in the kitchen!
