I really wanted to love this product but I don't. I wanted a Swiffer product with no disposable towels underneath. I felt like I could definitely change this up in my routine to produce less waste and use my own homemade products. . But the sad truth is that it's poorly made. It has really good head rotation but the product just keeps pouring onto the floor. I've tried everything, but bottom line, it's just weak. The bottle doesn't stand still. The smallest puff of the bottle is like washing around a sofa, chair, or bed. however. If the bottle even touches it, it will spill. But honestly, it also sheds just by pushing and pulling. The product keeps running out. I had high hopes and gave it a million chances. I skipped the return window because I was convinced I was doing something wrong. but in the end I came to a conclusion. Actually I'm not, but the product is bad. I'm sad, but my search for the perfect mop continues quickly. Recommendations are welcome.
