The product is easy to install and use. The product is durable but not heavy. Cables are long enough to reach windows for most situations. With the right settings, reception is excellent. It would be nice if it was also white to make it less noticeable. Actual reception depends on many factors and while this is not a product malfunction, interference from trees or other objects interfering with strong DTV signals can affect performance. The government website does not take these factors into account. I didn't get full approval, but it wasn't due to a product defect. My situation just didn't work. For the channels which I received, the signal was excellent and I was very satisfied. I just can't get enough signals to pick up all 4 networks in my area. Tips: Place it as high as possible on an outside wall or window, as close to the signal source as possible. Try multiple locations before choosing your final location.
