Waterproof rain pants fit well

I am 5'6" and 98 lbs. I bought these waterproof XL rain pants to wear over jeans when riding a motorcycle. They fit perfectly over my jeans with just enough "slack" to bend the knee and sit comfortably. They have a 31" inseam, a 28" waist (before stretching) and the cuffs have velcro for tightening at the top of the boots. Very durable material, suitable for Columbia Sportswear. Not a bad deal!
