Return due to defective item
Very disappointed with the product. It froze like a brick and had to be thawed to fit on a wine bottle. I used to buy another brand and the gel stayed flexible even when frozen to slide over the bottle. I left it elsewhere and needed another in the same condition. Just a guess, but I think the manufacturer might have an issue with the gel formula.
