Review on Logitech H820e Wireless Mono Business Headset - Black: Perfect for Professionals by Kholar Irvine

Bought for work. The first few months were great, but as I get closer to the year it stopped working. I think it's not working because it just won't charge no matter what I do. I will be looking for a new headset brand for my next one. I had to update my rating. After leaving this review I contacted support (just to see what happens). They immediately sent me a new headset. When I received it I noticed they sent me a double (more expensive) and I ordered a single mono (like it better). When I contacted them to ask if I could convert the double version to a single, they went ahead and sent me a brand new single! They didn't want to return the double, they said not to. I have to say I'm disappointed that it didn't last more than a year (and I use it every day) but the customer support I received was second to none. A+ for Logitech customer support.
