I like that it is easy to set up your own rules for what data you want collected from your app users. It will collect basic information such as device type (mobile or desktop), browser version, etc., but nothing more than that. The pricing structure for collecting additional data can be expensive if used in volume. We are working with another product at this time, but using App Census would have been great for our needs because we needed to start tracking user behavior within an application after they had opened the URL. This was not something simple to do otherwise. It is very easy to use and has a lot of options for segmenting users. I like that it can be used in conjunction with other tools like Google Analytics or Mixpanel. It does not have an option for using multiple data sources but you can link multiple accounts if you need to. If you are looking to get insights into your app usage, then this tool will help you. It allows me to see what my user base is doing within my app.
