Soft snuggly material, yes they fit
I bought them in size L and ordered them in size XL. My son is 5ft 4in and 102lbs, very skinny. He wears 14 skinny jeans. Size L fit until washed and then lost a few inches in length and was otherwise quite tight. Size XL worked great for him after washing and L became a sleep pant for my 12 year old who is almost 5ft tall and weighs 95lbs. .
