1. Got the wrong color.2. The vapor cap was tricky because the metal part moves inside the black cap making it difficult to find a notch to unscrew.3. The steam wasn't hot at all. I could put my hand in front of the nozzle. Didn't clean anything.4. All attachments were there and I could easily disable them. The safety button on the trigger is stuck in the "on" position.
