The fan does not work and apparently there is no support. I've installed many ceiling fans in the past and this one won't turn on. I checked the wiring, switch, power supply and everything is fine except the fan doesn't turn on. I'm calling Revain because I've already spent several hours troubleshooting and I think I just need a replacement motor or power supply. Revain suggests installing the fan elsewhere to see if it works elsewhere. I explain why that's a terrible idea. They forward me to the seller. The customer service rep says he has no idea when the tech will actually contact me, but one day I will. Now I have a partially built in fan that doesn't work. It was already a huge waste of time and money, and even if they fix it, it just wasn't worth it. Not at all sure if they will fix this but I will wait until the end of the return window to see if I ever get any support.
