5 x 4.5 for Patriot Jeep and any other car 5 x 4.5 grommets fit perfectly and I install them myself, no need for multiple people be installed, just tighten all the screws by hand without automatic screwdrivers and screws in the initial circuit, they do not vibrate 100% worth $$ overall
