NOT as advertised --- The ends of the brush are 1cm twisted wire with a plastic tip.
This is an amazing set if you don't mind the oddly twisted ends of the brushes protruding 1cm. The end of these twisted wires is covered with a tiny black plastic bead. know whether they have any practical use or not. However, they are very convincing scientific props hanging from a hook. -------------------- Nylon bristles degrade with isopropyl alcohol, but they don't seem to mind being soaked in it, so I don't know if they really technically are"Nylon". .
