Review on πŸ›οΈ Premium Royal Hotel Bedding Top-Split King: Luxurious Adjustable Split Top King White Silky Soft Bed Sheets - 100% Bamboo Viscose Sheet Set by Sarah Chase

These sheets really helped with my menopausal night sweats BUT the corner seam on the fitted sheet came undone!

This menopausal girl noticed almost immediately that she slept better once she got these sheets! Up to this point I have used a good quality 100% cotton sheet with a high thread count (generally the more cotton threads and the heavier the sheet, the better it will keep you cool in the summer and the sheet won't stick to you) . However, for women like me who experience night sweats due to menopause, nothing seems to matter. I'm hot, I throw off the sheets, then I get cold, I put the sheets back on, then I get hot again, etc. No. These sheets somehow seem to help maintain a more even comfortable temperature when I'm under the sheets. BUT. These sheets are much more prone to holding creases than other types of sheets/fabrics. No matter how hard you try to fold them nicely after washing, they are very "slippery" and therefore won't stay as you folded them. As a result, while these sheets can be "clean" after washing, they don't look particularly pretty or "stylish," especially for guest room use. However, they feel great against the skin and help keep temperamental sleepers cool at night. Also, I've had these sheets for 1.5 years now and in between I've of course used other sheets on my bed. So it's not like these are my only sheets and they ALWAYS get laundered. So imagine my dismay when I pulled them out of a recently washed laundry and saw that a seam in the corner of the sheet was completely ripped. Mind you, I've had other sheets for many, many years and they've never ripped at the seams. But after trawling through other (negative) reviews on this product, it seems I'm not the only one who noticed the issue with the (poor quality?) stitching. ;-( By the way, the reeds are made in CHINA.
