I make "melt and pour" soap and this is my favorite base so far. It melts easily and is quite transparent so I can definitely see each piece melting slightly. I've made 4 batches of this soap (with added essential oils) and so far this is my "prize" soap recipe. I'll start lathering up CP next week and I just hope I can make a soap as good as I've made with this one. No matter what, I will keep buying it to make my family soap. I've also made soaps with shea butter and goat's milk, but I find aloe easier to work with. LOVE IT.
