Good product for the price. A light broom with a very smooth handle slips a little on the hook. The drywall anchors that come with it are the wrong size and practically useless. The anchor went through the hole in the hook plate and right through the drywall while trying to screw the plate in. Removing the anchor was a real mess and the hole was too big. I used my own 1/4" anchors for the other three screws and had no problems. Other reviewers have commented on drywall anchors and I should have heeded their advice from the start.
