More blessed has been great to work with! Their team makes implementing new features fast, easy, efficient and they are very prompt in responding when I have questions or concerns about something technical related. There isn't anything for me at this point as far as complaints go. The interface is not intuitive - maybe it takes more time than others because of that? As mentioned before there's nothing specifically I dislike yet but if you're looking into adding donor tracking tools then definitely look in more blessing first. They do an amazing job keeping us up date while also building our websites based around what we want them too do. So happy so far; my experience using their products is extremely positive to say the least!! Our church needs someone who understands web development well enough with all aspects such as SEO & UX Design, WordPress Development/Customization, Website Hosting (more blessings). We needed I love the ease of use and the ability to customize the page to fit my church's needs. Their customer service has been excellent. I've never had a question or concern that I couldn't resolve quickly. I do not have any dislikes. The ability to customize the page to fit my church's needs and the ease of use. We were able to add additional fields, such as a donation amount or a donation amount per text. We were also able to set up a "thank you" page after a donation.
