To be honest I am very impressed with this company and their professionalism in delivering the product. The box is wrapped in plastic so you know you'll be the first to open it. Then when you open it you will find a card where you can get a free charger just for buying their product. They also provide another card with tips on how to make sure your fingerprint works with the screen protector and step-by-step instructions. Then right on the box there is a link to a YouTube video to see how to set it up. It was so easy. I am very impressed that they provided an alignment frame, it is MUCH EASIER to install this screen. The only tip I would add is to make sure the aligner frame is clean so dust doesn't get from the aligner frame onto the screen protector and then onto the phone making it difficult to remove bubbles when transferring dust. However, this is a very minor issue and my overall experience with this company and facility was excellent. It literally took a few minutes to install, typically it takes 30 minutes. They even give a lifetime replacement guarantee. What more can you ask for? Now I will always take covers from this company.
