The ability for us as marketers in our organization is unparalleled! Their customer service team has been amazing - they are always quick with responses (sometimes faster than we can send them!).

And their platform allows you so much flexibility when it comes time to create your campaigns/automations. We have not found anything yet I would dislike about this software. If anyone asks me what my favorite part is, without hesitation, I say "the amount of customization options!" This gives us complete control over the look & feel of all aspects of our program including emails, text messaging, surveys etc., which makes managing everything easier overall!
