The ability for us as marketers in our organization is unparalleled! Their customer service team has been amazing - they are always quick with responses (sometimes faster than we can send them!). I love having all my customer information in one place rather than having to gather it from several different sources. The interface is very intuitive, and getting started was easy for our staff. While we are still early in the process, I foresee no issues with this platform.
