I bought these for the men's breakfast at our church which I am responsible for. I made mini frittatas! I used different colors to remind me what was in them ie The reds had meat = sausage or bacon, the greens had peppers and onions, the yellows had plains, the oranges had 3 cheeses and the others had mixed or "Everyone". I also had hollandaise sauce. This is great for making a small amount of water and an egg (not mixed) for bulk Eggs Benedict in a muffin tin. It's important to remember to spray PAM or some other nonstick first or you'll end up with a mess!
