Great starter kit for anyone starting a window cleaning business or want the equipment to do it conveniently to do at work at home but i'm not thinking about getting a microfiber cloth?, you can do without a book, it doesn't help much, a "how to" video on youtube is better. Ettore is number one for window cleaning equipment, I use them and their great products, high quality and durability go a long way. The Estore bucket is fantastic, the mops are good, the rubber lasts a while before needing to be replaced, the cleaning solution works well as long as you keep the solution to water ratio in check. Overall this is a decent starter kit for the money and price, I would recommend it. 4 STARS because the book is not that good.
