Review on 🍗 Calphalon 2029653 Premier Hard-Anodized Nonstick 16-Inch Roaster with Rack, Black: The Ultimate Cookware for Perfect Roasting by Joseph Winfrey

Quite heavy. The top of the pot measures 8 1/4 inches. The base is about 5 1/2 inches. Too bad for me because the heating surface at the base is really small. When I try to cook with it on a large stove, the heat rises up the sides where I don't want it. When I use it on a medium or small burner, the heat up time is long because it's high. Because the sides taper at such a severe angle, I use it as an extra pot. I struggled to find a rating for this 4.5 but there was almost none. For the price of 120.00 I expected something more user-friendly. Had I seen it in person or with an honest review (which hasn't been deleted) I might not have bought it. I wonder why no reviewer has posted pictures of it.
