These pillows are fantastic. They were sealed, so I followed the directions to "fluff" them, then let them sit for 24 hours. That's really key because I noticed that by the end of their curation they were firmer than before. It's soft to the touch but your head won't go, you'll feel the firmness halfway up, which suits me fine. They appear to be made of good durable material and are light in weight.
