The website does not allow you to activate the device right on your doorstep. The serial number on the item is not recognized and the IMEI number only leads to a sync website which never moves on. Online customer support doesn't seem to activate and asks you to call the support team. If it's that tedious to get this to work, I'm not sure it will work very well if it ever launches. Really unhappy with the level of quality control and lack of customer service at some companies. I ordered this for something relatively time sensitive and now I have to spend the day hunting down someone who can help me. Also, upon closer inspection of the device, the plastic front is quite full and worn, and the label on the back is frayed. I suspect this is a used item or an item that is being returned as new and will be returned for a refund.
