I want to leave a good review on an otherwise good product; However, the manufacturer does not endorse their product. The small rubber bushings holding the shelves were missing. I have tried emailing, calling and using their web sending tool. It's been almost two weeks with no response other than an auto reply asking for more info (needed or not) with a support ticket number you can't contact because they tell you no support staff are available, and you without voicemail force a call back. I will contact support when they reply.
