Printed once (multiple pages) and now the printer will not print indicating a problem with the cartridge. Never touched it after the first print which worked fine. Now a past recap as I don't type often. Out $20Edit: The company kindly emailed and offered a free replacement. Received and installed the black XL as the color appeared to have been accepted by the HP printer. I printed a USPS shipping label and maybe 40 pages of an old lined handwritten paper report (black and white). The printer is already showing a low black ink level again. Print quality is good, but the XL cartridge should easily print over 50 pages of the content I printed. Still not impressed although customer service was quick to respond and tried to find a solution. Now I'll probably splurge on original HP cartridges. Damn. The price offered a significant savings over the original HP but I have used XL cartridges for a work printer and I remember getting MUCH more print/ink from them. I really wanted to be satisfied and increase the number of stars in the rating.
