Poor Packaging - Bulbs

These bulbs have a rather odd bar where the LED section connects to the metal base. This makes it almost impossible for them to fit properly in the later GM 1156 cartridges. Some patients who sand with a Dremel tool cut the comb off just enough for the bulb to fit properly in the cartridge. I don't know cartridges from other manufacturers. , in my application I installed them on a 1996 Camaro for reverse lights.
