💡 Cargo LED: Ultra-Bright 1156 1141 1003 1073 BA15S 7506 LED Bulbs - 1400 Lumens, 6000K Xenon White (Pack of 2) Review

I used these in place of the number 105 bulbs in a 1993 F-150. This is a huge improvement over incandescent bulbs - they're much brighter, prettier and more even. They use 7 watts versus 12.8 watts for 105 bulbs. I tried a few other BA15S LEDs and they were noticeably brighter than the others.

Got it to replace my tractor headlights. Nice and clear. I only gave it four stars as I wish it had something like a clear plastic cover to protect the LEDs. I had to be a bit careful with my thumbs to get them in the gap. I hope that moisture that gets into the fixture doesn't damage the light.

My Cub Cadet was missing both lights. I added some spare MTD bulb holders with these LED bulbs. The bulbs fit snugly in the socket, I had to turn them a bit. I was afraid they would break, but they screwed into the sockets with no problem. They appear well made and quite bright. It's more of a headlight than a headlight.

These bulbs have a rather odd bar where the LED section connects to the metal base. This makes it almost impossible for them to fit properly in the later GM 1156 cartridges. Some patients who sand with a Dremel tool cut the comb off just enough for the bulb to fit properly in the cartridge. I don't know cartridges from other manufacturers. , in my application I installed them on a 1996 Camaro for reverse lights.

This little light is what I would call aggressive. I know what the packaging says about brightness. It is bright enough to emit a lighter shade of amber with the same cap. It extends further than a halogen lamp. I don't mean that in a bad way, but I honestly didn't think they would work the way they did. Aggressive is a good word for it.
