620-650 W are the expected design figures, there is nothing wrong with that, it's not 80+, and no one claims it. In fact, at maximum load, 80% of the declared power gives stable, expected. The cable in the block is 24 pins short, in my case it gave a positive effect - in principle, this saved the computer from childish pranks, the whole system hung on 24 pins and the whole system quietly fell to the floor from a height of 1.2m without damage, the wire broke in one place, everything visually believed, connected and working for the third month. I lost the warranty, but I saved the whole system. A surge protector is required, checked with a fuse (I have a construction-type extension cord, it worked twice before the decision of the power supply unit turns off). Will I still buy this particular model - yes, for the calculation of 620-640 load. Recommend to friends - probably not, since everything is individually tailored to the needs of each.
