I wrote a not so good review of these sheets because I actually had a problem with the bottom part when I first used them. However, this review prompted the company to track me down and contact me personally! Talk about great customer service! So I'm replacing my old rating with a more realistic estimate. Of course I'm very happy with my interaction with the creator of QuickZip, but overall I'm a big fan of these sheets. These are good thick cotton sheets - smooth, comfortable and easy to wash. The zipper is also very good quality and easy to use, with a nice big ribbon on the corner. But the idea itself is brilliant - I wish someone would have thought of it many years ago. This bed sheet set is very easy to use. I have a very heavy memory foam mattress and with my arthritic hands I couldn't lift the corners to place a fitted sheet on top. And even when I was backed up by someone else, the sheet usually popped out of the corners. These sheets are worth every penny - they make bed easy to make and with two tops for each bottom they last a very, very long time. I highly recommend them and it is clear that the company supports their products as well.
