Ignition Switch-Lugged Wire is the power wire that connects to the B+ terminal on the starter solenoid. (B+ is the same terminal that connects to the battery positive lead on the starter solenoid). The spade terminal is the starter signal wire that slides over the fork blade that sits on top of the starter solenoid. The two black cables are used for ignition. out of. You will need one of the two black wires to connect to the red wire on the ignition switches. another black wire to connect to the magneto wire. It doesn't matter which black wire is connected to the red wire. Likewise you have a black wire to red and another black wire to magneto. I didn't use the separate switch they shipped with the assembly. This is not needed, the two black wires will shut off the engine when the ignition key is turned to "off".
