One of the reasons I chose this product was the two year warranty. I like the product for the first 9 months until it stops working. Now when I try to claim the warranty I am unable to contact either the company or anyone who offers warranties on their products. I've found that more and more companies outside the US don't really care about honoring their warranties or policies. I want Revain to demand higher standards of support and warranty coverage from their vendors. Maybe I should have listened to others and bought an American from a local store. Do not purchase this product if you don't like throwing away products and don't want to get upset.
