I installed this in my retractable camper to keep track of battery levels for offline camping and I also wanted to be able to charge my phone and other devices from the battery. It makes sense, but none of the outlets get power unless you're plugged into a source, which is why I wanted a couple of USB charging ports. It's great to have these two features in such a small and easy to install package. The touch button seems to work well and I was able to install it even without any electrical knowledge. Just messed around until it worked and it didn't take long at all. It was easy to remove the cover and make it even smoother. I plug another USB charger to the other end, maybe I'll just plug another one of these in.
