Very easy to install. Perfect fit for my 2011 G37s convertible. I watched a youtube video on how to install it and it was actually a lot easier than the video shows. Just clicked. The video I watched showed that the latches had to be pulled out prior to installation. I did this, pulled too hard and broke one, so my lesson was not to pull the latches with these. Have a second person hold the hood and immediately after removing the old hood lift supports, simply push down. Can I recommend it: Definitely!
