I purchased this product after getting tired of dealing with constant pain in my neck, shoulders and back. After a cursory review of massage chairs/pillows, I found this to be the best option for less than $60 and ordered it on a whim. I have to say I am not disappointed as it relieves my sore muscles and is very addictive! The knots are intense enough that I'm content with the pressure they put on my muscle tissue. It is easy to use and comes with a car charger adapter and a regular charger. You leave it on for use and it comes with velcro to attach it to a chair. What I didn't really like was that the velcro made it difficult to find a comfortable chair in my house to put the strap on. I've barely tied it to my office chair for weeks, but it shows that velcro is pretty strong. But that makes it quite impractical to massage the whole body or exactly where you want it because I have to adjust the cushion each time, which means I have to move the strap up and down, which is difficult on a thicker chair . Apart from these inconveniences, the shiatsu massage cushion meets the massage needs.
