Perhaps the driver got crooked, but how to put it normally, what size tambourine to take ?! I used the utility from the HP website, but the result is not very good, it still refuses to scan.
If you need to do something very quickly and the technique does not let you down at this moment and in general you are a winner in life, I strongly recommend this printer. He will explain to you that in life not everything is so smooth in general, that it doesn’t always work out the way you want, that the direct path is not the fastest and will teach you to look for others, that if you need something urgently, then only you need it.
I am not satisfied with the purchase, the printer has a bad temper.

Cons

After 15 minutes of inactivity, it turns off and when you try to print, it gives the message "printer is offline", you get up, turn it on, cancel printing, send it to print again, but nothing happens. You cancel printing, turn off the printer from the network, turn it on, send the print and hooray it prints 2 pages at once. And this can not be changed in the settings there is no "always on", you can choose 5 minutes, 10, 15 is the maximum. From a standard image viewer, Windows prints pictures with huge margins of 5-7 cm, and this cannot be fixed in the settings. You have to print through other applications. After some time, it stopped scanning to the computer and nothing helps, but it scans to the phone. If I change the sheet settings in any application, for example, from portrait to landscape, then this is not enough, I still need to go into the settings of the printer itself. Well, this is when you go to the print settings in the application, then the Windows print settings and there is "advanced" in which the settings of the printer itself are hidden and change the page view there. Otherwise, the printer will completely ignore your changes, the same with color and black and white printing. Maybe it’s just that he can’t print something, that’s all he doesn’t want.
