Review on πŸ”§ 3103 Engine Mount by Anchor by Mike Burnett

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Engines and engine parts no longer vibrate

This mount will fit a 2014 Focus although Revain's parts finder says it will not fit. I replaced my first mounts for my 66,000 mile DCT with another brand 8,000 miles ago. The vibration made the whole car shake, causing small things to rattle at idle. The old mount that was previously in the car was four times more expensive and came with a one-year warranty that the seller wouldn't honor, nor did Amazon help allow these fly-by-night parts suppliers to run on their platform. So this time I risked the other end of the spectrum and decided to change it up to fit the last trick. I think at this price I have nothing to lose. The whole piece is molded out of rubber, raising the question of whether it's well made, but hey, it depends on what's inside and reviews have been encouraging. The product was very similar in size and matched the previous replacement. After 45 minutes the vibrations were gone and the car was as smooth as new. So far so good, let's see if it's enough for the winter.
