This is one of the few items I would recommend taking the time to view the video review in its entirety. I'll go through the module and each of the sections and explain what each of the settings does. The video was created using this channel strip so you can get a good idea of the sound quality and features. If you don't have time to watch the video, it takes about half an hour, here are the main ones ►► ADVANTAGES ◄◄The compressor evens out the volume, which is very convenient for those who rarely use the microphone. The noise canceller does a really good job of keeping room noise out of your recordings. Sound Enhancement Take your voice and give it a broadcast sound. Good clean gain that will work with most microphones. I would recommend Cloudlifter with Shure SM7B and similar mics. ►► BAD ◄◄ Doesn't convert the signal to USB, if you want to record to PC, you need another device to convert the signal. No on/off switch. I use it on my desk and currently just plug and unplug it. ►► CONCLUSION ◄◄If you are a podcaster or presenter, this device will instantly help you create better audio recordings. Once you understand each setting and how it works, you can customize the sound you want. It does an excellent job of amplifying voice and minimizing noise in the room. Highly recommended.
