This review refutes some users' claims that these cases are difficult to open. Position the case with the Panasonic label facing up and place the case on the palm or four fingers of one hand excluding the thumb. Do not wrap the fingers of this hand around the top of the case as this will interfere with opening the top half. With your other hand, place the tip (preferably a fingernail) of your thumb on your right tongue and the tip of your index finger on your left tongue. Simultaneously press down with your thumb and up with your index finger. Voila! The case is opened.
